3. Fees, Payments & Subscriptions

Certain features or tiers of the Service are offered on a paid subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis depending on the type of plan you select (monthly or annually).

At the end of each billing cycle, your Subscription will automatically renew under the exact same conditions unless you cancel it or Monra cancels it. You can cancel your subscription renewal at any time through your account management dashboard.

⚠️ Refund Policy: Except when required by law, paid subscription fees are non-refundable. If you believe a billing error has occurred, please contact support within thirty (30) days of the invoice date.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

The Service and its original content, features, layout, design, logos, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Monra and its licensors. Our intellectual property may not be copied, modified, reproduced, or distributed without our explicit written permission.

You retain all rights to any content, data, or files that you submit, post, or display on or through the Service. By submitting content, you grant Monra a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, host, store, and reproduce such content solely for the purpose of operating and providing the Service to you.
