Monra Provider Terms and Disclosures
Version: 2026-09-22
Monra provides software that connects to third-party services. Provider services are governed by the agreements presented for your account and enabled feature. Accepting Monra's Terms does not accept a provider agreement. Privacy notices explain processing and are not blanket consent.
1. Bridge financial services
Bridge and/or its applicable affiliates and financial partners provide the financial services used for Bridge-integrated virtual accounts, fiat/stablecoin conversion and supported bank payments. Bridge also performs the associated identity/business verification and compliance checks.
The relevant entity and documents depend on your verified residence, business information and service. This directory does not establish eligibility or replace the documents presented in onboarding.
| Region | User terms | Privacy notice |
|---|---|---|
| United States | Bridge Building Inc. | US privacy policy |
| European Economic Area | Bridge Building S.A. | EEA privacy policy |
| Rest of world | Bridge Building Limited | RoW privacy policy |
“Rest of world” is a document grouping, not permission to use every service in every non-EEA country. A country supported for onboarding is not necessarily supported for a particular transaction.
Additional agreements and disclosures
The applicable Bridge package may include financial-partner agreements/privacy notices, stablecoin-risk disclosures, restricted-activity rules, electronic-delivery consent and service-specific notices. Review the package presented for your enabled service.
- Bridge legal centre
- Electronic-signature and communications disclosure
- Fee disclosure
- Country and US-state restrictions
Monra fees are explained in section 6 of its Terms and the applicable transaction or standing fee disclosure. Bridge's general fee page is not a substitute for your actual Monra quote.
If a document is missing, incomplete or appears to identify the wrong provider or region, contact us before proceeding. Third-party payors/payouts and commercial use of an individual profile require the appropriate provider permission; a Monra feature does not override a provider restriction.
Errors, complaints and electronic delivery
Report suspected fraud, missing confirmations or transaction errors immediately to hello@monra.global. Monra is your contact point for all support matters, including provider-related complaints, compliance-review requests and account closure. We will coordinate any necessary escalation with Bridge or the relevant provider and communicate with you. Applicable provider notice periods, complaint procedures and non-waivable rights remain in effect; this support arrangement does not replace them. US/RoW terms include short contractual reporting periods; they do not remove non-waivable statutory rights.
You must be able to access and retain the applicable electronic documents. Contact hello@monra.global for help obtaining copies or withdrawing electronic delivery where permitted; Monra will coordinate the request with the relevant provider. Withdrawal can affect access to Bridge services or result in account closure; the applicable agreement governs paper-copy arrangements and consequences. Monra's communications provision does not replace Bridge's required consent.
2. Coinbase Developer Platform
Coinbase CDP supplies authentication and user-controlled wallet infrastructure, including the supported isolated key-export experience.

The CDP developer agreement primarily governs Monra's use of developer services. Linking it does not represent that every end user must accept that developer agreement.
Direct on-chain transfers and Monra's funded claim links are not automatically Bridge services. For funded links, Monra operates a separate claim-signing service; see section 4 of Monra's Terms. The CDP user-controlled wallet and the funded-link contract arrangement are distinct.
3. Other providers and contact
Banks, payment networks, asset issuers and blockchain networks may impose rules affecting a transaction. AWS, Alchemy, Crisp and Google support particular infrastructure, authentication, monitoring and support functions; see the Privacy Policy for data handling.
For help identifying the applicable provider, obtaining documents or routing a complaint/privacy request, contact hello@monra.global. Provider agreements can change; the documents actually applicable to your service govern.
